REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

We handle refunds and cancellations on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying the customers. We stand by our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers. Our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We do stand for the mutual respect and may refuse to serve you as a customer if we feel like we have been treated disrespectfully.

REFUNDS

Physical products

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Items have to be returned in the original condition, unused and packed well. Customer is responsible for the postage costs when returning items. Items will be inspected once received back in our office and the refund issued if return requirments are satisfied. We do not issue refunds for change of mind. We do not issue refunds for custom orders.

Digital products

We do not offer refunds on digital products, i.e. membership, readings, energy work, digital downloads, rituals, coaching sessions, etc.

CANCELLATIONS

We handle all cancellations on a case-by-case basis and request 14 days notice for any cancellations.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Please note, that once your order is with the courier company, we have no control over how quickly they deliver it. We usually organise the First Class delivery by Royal Mail that should get to you quickly, though, sometimes they have delays that are out of our control. If you would like to upgrade your delivery for the Next Day by 1 pm Guaranteed (UK only), please email us.
